Shipping Policy

Our shipping within Georgia is FREE for all orders at ₾110 and up. 

With lower shopping cart values, there are low shipping costs for all domestic orders (Georgia) - these are generally set to the following values per order, unless otherwise indicated during the payment process (the displayed shipping value is decisive):

Tbilisi: In case of Free Delivery - Next (working) day.
Tbilisi: 5.00 ₾ (GEL) - Delivery Next (working) day
Mtskheta, Saguramo, Rustavi: 7.00 ₾ (GEL) - Delivery (2 working days)
Region: 10.00 GEL - Delivery (2-5 working days)

NOTE: Possible delay in the New Year days (December 10 - January 15 ) 24 hrs.

For uninterrupted delivery, it is important to fully and correctly fill the registration form.

In case the delivery is failed due to the absence of a person on the address indicated in the registration form, or a wrong/incomplete address indication in the registration form, the order will be considered as delivered and many will not be refunded. In such cases, the order will be brought back to our store and the customer will be able to pick it up from the address:

~ Orders made from within Tbilisi will be returned to Merab Aleksidze N1, 0193 Tbilisi. working hours 10:00 - 19:00 daily (except holiday times and sunday). During a pickup, it is necessary to have an ID and order number.

~ Orders made from other regions will be returned to a courier company office. The address of a courier company office and terms of keeping order will be indicated on a special card that will be left at your address. During a pickup from a courier company office, it is necessary to have an ID and order number.

In case you do not pick up an order from a courier company office within a time period indicated on the special card, the order will be sent back to Tbilisi (Merab Aleksidze N1, 0193 Tbilisi). you can pick up your order from 10:00 to 19:00 daily (except holiday times and sunday). During a pickup, it is necessary to have an ID and order number.

Please note that the courier is not obliged to in advance contact the phone number indicated in the order. For this reason, you should indicate the valid address, where the courier will be able to deliver without prior arrangement.
Please also note that in case you indicate an incomplete address, an order will be stored and will not be sent until you indicate the valid address. In such cases, we will contact you via e-mail or your indicated phone number.

Once the package is in control of the shipping company, the Company is released of responsibility of the shipment.
